Professional Counselling
Individual counselling sessions are tailored to your unique needs, goals and circumstances, providing a safe and supportive environment to explore your experiences and work towards greater emotional wellbeing.

Complimentary 15-Minute Telephone Consultation
I offer a complimentary 15-minute telephone consultation to provide an opportunity for us to briefly connect, discuss what you are seeking support with, and answer any initial questions before booking an appointment. This conversation allows us to explore whether my services and approach feel like the right fit for your individual needs.
Please note that this consultation is not a counselling session and does not replace a full counselling appointment or assessment.

Cancellation Policy
If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, I kindly ask that you provide a minimum 24 hours' notice.
Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours' notice, or missed without notice, may incur the full session fee.
